What Cited is
Cited is an AI-visibility monitoring service. We query a configured set of AI-search platforms with a list of prompts you control, and surface to you how (or whether) your brand is mentioned or cited in their answers.
What you’re responsible for
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Only tracking brands and domains you’re authorized to monitor.
- Not using Cited to scrape, impersonate, or cause harm to any third party.
What we’re responsible for
- Running the scans you’ve configured on the schedule of your plan.
- Keeping your data confidential and not sharing it with third parties outside the AI platforms we query on your behalf.
- Giving you a way to export and delete your data at any time.
Billing
Free plans need no card. Base and Pro subscriptions run monthly or annually, billed via Stripe in EUR or USD (auto-selected by region). Cancel any time—paid features continue through the end of your billing period, after which the account drops back to the Free tier with your data and weekly ChatGPT scans intact.
