Questions agencies ask
Do you collect payments from my clients?
No. You invoice your clients and set your own prices. Cited bills your agency for its subscription and brand capacity.
Can my client see other clients?
Clients see only assigned brands. Removing their membership revokes access on their next request.
What do I need to connect my own domain?
A hostname you control, DNS ownership and routing records, and a verified sending subdomain for branded email. The workspace walks you through setup.
Does tracking guarantee more AI mentions?
No. Reports measure sampled AI answers. Use repeated scans to assess patterns; a changed answer alone does not prove that a website change caused it.
