## Questions agencies ask

**Do you collect payments from my clients?**

No. You invoice your clients and set your own prices. Cited bills your agency for its subscription and brand capacity.

**Can my client see other clients?**

Clients see only assigned brands. Removing their membership revokes access on their next request.

**What do I need to connect my own domain?**

A hostname you control, DNS ownership and routing records, and a verified sending subdomain for branded email. The workspace walks you through setup.

**Does tracking guarantee more AI mentions?**

No. Reports measure sampled AI answers. Use repeated scans to assess patterns; a changed answer alone does not prove that a website change caused it.
